London-based mortgage consultancy Principia Mortgages has announced a partnership with HIV and AIDS charity Crusaid, in a move intended to increase the profile of both organisations.

Principia will donate 10% of new business generated through the marketing of the partnership to the charity, and has set itself a target of around £12,000 a year.

In return, Principia will appear on the marketing material Crusaid, which not only supports people in the UK with HIV and AIDS, but is also developing treatment centres in Africa."
