Tax-deductible donations on the increase: research - ABC News (Australian Broadcasting Corporation): "New research shows the average tax-deductible donation made and claimed by Australians has more than doubled in the past decade.
The Australian Centre for Philanthropy and Non-profit Studies found individual taxpayers donated an average $370 in the 2005-2006 financial year."
