Sports bodies drive growth in charity - Channel NewsAsia: "SINGAPORE: They may not be synonymous with the charity sector but sports bodies have driven the growth of new charities registered here in recent times.
So far this year, 26 sports groups were registered as charities, compared to 18 for the whole of last year and only four in 2009."
