UK should strengthen links with private foundations on philanthropy, say MPs | Global development | guardian.co.uk: The Department for International Development (DfID) must foster closer ties with private foundations in order to maximise the impact of philanthropy in the developing world, according to a report by the House of Commons international development committee.
