Community Foundation Network rebrands as UK Community Foundations: Community Foundation Network, which connects individuals and organisations with local communities, has changed its name to UK Community Foundations with immediate effect.
The charity, which has an income of �11.3m, was founded in 1975 and alongside the name change now carries the strapline “for thriving communities”.
