For SHKP, charity begins at Sky100 - The Standard: Raymond Kwok Ping-luen took a group of underprivileged children to enjoy the fabulous views from Sky100 Hong Kong Observation Deck.
Kwok personally guided the tour and briefed the hearing-impaired kids, and others in wheelchairs, about the International Commerce Center, where the Sky 100 is located.
