Dubai ruler endorses $136m Union Museum project - ArabianBusiness.com: "Dubai ruler Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has endorsed the construction of the Union Museum project at a cost of AED500 million ($136 million).
Sheikh Mohammed, also UAE Vice President and Prime Minister, has backed plans for the 25,000 square metre museum which will be built next to the Union House, the site of the signing of the treaty establishing the UAE federation in 1971."
