Old Bailey trial due to begin of Helston ShelterBox founder Tom Henderson on fraud charges | West Briton: "HE trial of disaster relief charity ShelterBox's founder Tom Henderson's is due to begin at the Old Bailey on Monday.
Henderson, from Helston, is charged with three counts of fraud by abuse of position and a further count of the attempted theft of property.
His son, John Henderson, from Hayle, also faces charges, along with Darren Gervis, of Beaminster, Dorset."
